3W Clinic Rose Water Cleansing Foam 100 ml is a Korean foaming facial cleanser developed to remove daily dirt, excess sebum, surface impurities and light makeup residue while leaving the skin feeling clean and refreshed. It creates a rich, creamy lather that spreads easily across the face and rinses away with water.
The product is built around Rosa Hybrid Flower Water, declared at 90,000 ppm (9%) on the packaging, combined with a traditional fatty-acid-based foaming cleansing system. Water, Palmitic Acid, Myristic Acid, Stearic Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Lauric Acid and Sodium Laureth Sulfate appear before the Rose Water in the ingredient declaration, so the product should be understood as a high-foaming facial cleanser carrying a meaningful level of Rose Water rather than as a leave-on rose-water treatment.
The formula also contains Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Pearl Extract and Hibiscus Sabdariffa Flower Extract. Glycerin and Sodium Hyaluronate provide humectant support, while the floral and botanical ingredients contribute to the cleanser’s refreshing, conditioning and rose-inspired skincare positioning.
The packaging declares Fragrance and the colorant CI 17200, so this product should not be described as fragrance-free or colorant-free. It is, however, free of parabens — the formula is preserved with Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin and 1,2-Hexanediol. It also contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate, so people with very dry, reactive or fragrance-sensitive skin may prefer to introduce it gradually and monitor how their skin feels after cleansing.
